Placing an order is simple! Browse our How to Order Tab located above our page or on the upper left side of our page (if you are using a mobile phone) and then follow all the instructions given. You can also directly message us on our Facebook Page to complete your purchase. We get in touch with you via Facebook Messenger and Viber account only to secure your personal details and have a detailed planning with our team.

Absolutely! During the detailed planning, you will have the option to include a personalized message. We will print your message on a lovely card and include it with your gift.

Yes! Definitely! We would love to brainstorm with you. You can choose any items from our Gift Set Selection and simply provide the necessary details of your chosen item. If in any case there are items that you would want to add but it's not listed on our Gift Set Selection, we are more than willing to provide them for you! Connect with us, and we will help you create a unique gift set just for you!

We want to carefully craft your order and make sure to provide all the necessary details given. Our standard lead time typically takes a minimum of 2 weeks after confirmation of your orders and after all the necessary details are finalized. We suggest to place your orders 1 to 2 months before the day of your event to secure a slot and to have a thorough planning with our team. We are located in Quezon City. Provincial and International shipping schedule may vary depending on your chosen courier.

Yes we do! But with a minimal rush fee that directly goes to our staff. For rush orders, there will be some considerations depending on quantity and availability of orders. You can also request a specific delivery date for your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, just directly send us a message!

Most of our products are Pre-Order but we can customize a gift box depending on the availability of the items that we have on hand. We can suggest gift sets that are available that you might want to consider.

You can choose from different couriers that are available locally and are accessible within your area. We can ship your orders via Lalamove, Grab Express, LBC and J&T Express. For provincial deliveries, kindly allow 3 to 8 days of shipping after the dispatch date. For international deliveries, the timeline of shipping schedule will depend on the courier that you will be choosing.

We require 50% down payment to confirm your orders and to reserve a slot. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled before the delivery date or after we send a finished product photos of your orders.

We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Cancellations are not possible once we have already finalized your orders. Please message our team immediately if you need to make changes.
